what Subletka is
Subletka is a site for finding and posting sublets of rooms and flats in Warsaw and Kraków. It is run as Subletka. Contact: support@subletka.com.
rental agreements
Subletka is not a party to any rental agreement. You agree the terms and sign the agreement directly with the person subletting.
listings
The person who publishes a listing is responsible for it and its content.
not allowed
Do not post fake, misleading or scam listings, places you have no right to let, or content that discriminates by origin, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or age.
removing listings
We may hide or remove any listing that breaks these terms or the law, or that looks like fraud. Report a suspicious listing to support@subletka.com.
API and MCP
The public API (/api/v1) and the MCP server (/api/mcp) are read-only and need no key. Request limits apply, and over a limit the server answers 429. Do not bulk-download data beyond those limits. When you show results, credit subletka.com and link to the listing page.
no warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not check the places or the people subletting them, and we do not promise that a listing is current or accurate. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using listings. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Polish law. We may change them. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
